With an established Early Intervention team, our ABA branch is seeking experienced BCBA's who are passionate about making a positive impact on the development of young children. Join our team, a Great Place to Grow! Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with individuals with autism and possess expertise in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis. Duties: - Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans - Implement behavioral therapy interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles - Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members - Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed - Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care - Maintain accurate l documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards Experience: The successful candidate should have experience or knowledge in the following areas: - Working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder - Behavioral health and therapy techniques - Applied behavior analysis principles - Data collection and analysis for treatment planning - Special education practices and strategies This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children with autism while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
