Full-Time Recruiter (Telemedicine Company-Remote | US Based Only)

Position Summary We are looking for a driven and personable Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in a recruiting function to help grow our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, strategic, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You’ll be instrumental in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and develop hiring strategies
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to fill roles efficiently and effectively
• Own the full-cycle recruiting process—from job posting to offer acceptance
• Collaborate with HR to streamline the onboarding process and ensure smooth transitions for new hires
• Develop and track recruiting metrics and present weekly updates to HR
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure new hire readiness by coordinating access to necessary tools and systems prior to start date
• Innovate and improve recruiting processes to support the company’s growth

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, but not required

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruiting role
• Proven ability to assess talent and match candidates to business needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to build rapport quickly
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a collaborative approach
• Experience in presenting recruiting metrics and performance data
• Creative sourcing strategies and an eagerness to improve hiring processes
