Part-Time EMDR Clinician
Vitruvian Behavioral Health is a trauma-informed, clinician-led practice dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care. We are currently hiring EMDR therapists to join our supportive and flexible team. This position is ideal for clinicians who want autonomy, growth opportunities, and a steady flow of appropriate EMDR referrals. What We Offer:
- Fully remote or hybrid model (in-person sessions in North Andover optional)
- Pre-screened clients who are appropriate for EMDR
- Free EMDR consultation/supervision with an EMDRIA-approved consultant
- Choose your own clients and set your own schedule
- No minimum caseload—just 10 billable sessions/month
- W2 employment with biweekly pay ($45–$65/hr based on experience and licensure)
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (counseling, social work, psychology) from an accredited institution
- Completed EMDRIA-approved EMDR Basic Training
- Minimum 6 months experience using EMDR in clinical practice
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate documentation
- Comfortable seeing clients ages 18+
- Strong diagnostic and clinical formulation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy with a primary focus on EMDR
- Conduct intakes, treatment planning, and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate as needed with a team of supportive, trauma-informed professionals
