Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand American Express' market presence. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and make data-driven recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans and initiatives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and make adjustments to strategies as needed. Lead and mentor a team of business planning professionals to support the growth strategy. Build relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to foster growth and drive innovation. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to inform business planning and strategy. Develop financial forecasts and projections to support business planning and decision-making.
