Remote School Psychologist Serving K-12 Students in Virginia
About the Role: VocoVision is currently seeking a licensed School Psychologist to provide remote support services to K12 students across Virginia. This fully virtual opportunity allows you to work from home while playing a vital role in helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Youll conduct virtual assessments, offer counseling, and collaborate with educators and families to implement effective support strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform virtual psychological assessments to evaluate students learning, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Provide individual or group counseling tailored to student goals.
- Collaborate with school teams and families to develop and implement IEPs and 504 plans.
- Design and support behavioral intervention plans to promote student growth.
- Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in compliance with school and legal standards.
Requirements:
- Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology or a closely related field.
- Active Virginia School Psychologist license.
- Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience.
- Prior teletherapy or virtual assessment experience preferred.
- Reliable internet and computer (Chromebooks/tablets not compatible).
