As a remote member of our scheduling team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive timely appointments and excellent support. Job Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones: Provide courteous and efficient phone assistance to patients scheduling appointments.
- Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate patient visits according to their needs and physician availability.
- Managing Online Appointment Requests: Monitor and respond to appointment requests submitted through our online platform Luma Health.
- Triage Faxes and Emails: Prioritize and route incoming communications from healthcare providers and patients.
- Miscellaneous Clerical Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties to support seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare scheduling or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable learning new software.
