Key Responsibilities

Review property contracts submitted by acquisition reps Verify that documents are complete, signed, and error-free Organize digital files using folder structures provided Update a tracking dashboard with deal progress, status, and key deadlines Prepare assignment documents using templates Coordinate with cash buyers via email to deliver contract packets Flag and resolve compliance issues before delivery Archive completed transactions for internal reporting Training & Process You’ll receive comprehensive onboarding into a proven wholesaling system.
