- Social Media Feed: Schedule and publish punchy posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp 5-7/week.
- EO NJ Buzz Blog: Draft and upload short, newsy articles on chapter events, wins, and member spotlights (2-3 posts/week).
- Canva Creativity: Turn raw photos and stats into thumb-stopping graphics, event banners, and email headers.
- Quick-Cut Video: Trim Zoom recordings, add captions, and package 30-60 sec highlight reels.
- Content Wrangling: Chase down quotes, photos, and approvals from busy entrepreneurspolitely but persistently.
Must-Haves
- 1+ yr managing social platforms and WordPress or similar CMS
- Canva (or Adobe Express) fluency; basic Premiere Pro/iMovie/CapCut chops
- Solid copywritingtight headlines, zero fluff
- Self-starter who hits deadlines without hand-holding
- Works 20 hrs/week during Eastern Time (with room to grow to 40 hrs)
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in an entrepreneurs' organization or membership community
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Later, or Hootsuite
- Eye for KPIs: can skim analytics and suggest tweaks
