Description:

• This is a remote position.
• Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM Plantation, FL
• Includes 1 hour unpaid break
• Client Timezone: Eastern Time (ET)

• You’ll handle incoming inquiries from marketing campaigns, coordinate with attorneys, and ensure smooth communication flow in both English and Spanish.

Requirements:

• Fluent bilingual abilities in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Previous experience in virtual reception, customer service, or related field
• Strong proficiency with Google Calendar and basic computer applications
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
• Dedicated home office setup with reliable high-speed internet connection
• Experience with or ability to quickly learn virtual phone systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with team
• Professional and positive attitude with a focus on customer service
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced virtual environment
