How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) BE PART OF A TEAM THAT DELIVERS AN END-TO-END JOURNEY OF ELEVATED EXPERIENCES Delta Vacations, a Delta Air Lines company, is seeking a Commercial Innovation Analyst responsible for supporting the planning and execution of commercial innovation and cross-divisional initiatives to ensure business and technical alignment with the overall Delta Vacations strategic roadmap. Partner internally and across the organization to manage workstreams from ideation to production, including defining, iterating, prioritizing, socializing and testing. This role will join the Commercial Innovation & Delivery team, reporting directly to the Associate Manager, Commercial Innovation. HOW YOU WILL HELP US DELIVER EXPERIENCES THAT MATTER (OVERVIEW & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Acts as Product Owner for DLV commercial channels and systems.
  • Manages the backlog of channel and system updates and enhancements, as well as ensures cross commercial coordination of broader initiatives.
  • Supports the development and execution of DLV’s technology roadmap, including roadmap planning, increment planning, and sprint planning.
  • Facilitates initiative scoping, requirements gathering, feature definition, and socialization to ensure readiness of product for IT planning and development.
  • Conducts user acceptance testing (including edge cases), documents test results and supports successful product launches by developing training materials and necessary documentation.

WHAT ELSE WILL YOU BE DOING (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

  • Develops and maintains workstream documentation including epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, among others.
  • Collaborate with other Product Owners and IT to maintain situational awareness around the potential impact of other initiatives and establish consistent processes and procedures.
  • Works in an Agile environment and continuously evaluates the business needs, fine-tunes priorities, outlines key milestones and deliverables, identifies opportunities and risks, and participates in daily stand-ups and PO synchs.
  • Regularly evaluates processes and makes recommendations to improve efficiency.
  • Follows all corporate and departmental policies/procedures and applicable governmental regulations.
  • Participates in meetings pertaining to assigned responsibilities; organizes and leads as required.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, which may include ad-hoc analyses, technology review, competitive analyses, and report development and production, among others.

WORK ENVIRONMENT Delta Vacations Corporate Headquarters, Atlanta, Georgia POSITION TYPE/STANDARD SCHEDULE Full-Time, Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend may be required as job duties demand. TRAVEL Domestic travel may be required to fulfill assigned responsibilities. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Candidates for this position may have a Bachelors Degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent work. experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 years of UAT experience and knowledge of DLV products, policies, procedures, reservations systems, web flow and package set up process.
  • Strong PC skills including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Must possess strong project management skills and working knowledge of Agile methodology, disciplines, and ceremonies.
  • Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating test plans, conducting user acceptance testing and developing training materials/documentation.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and possess strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
