Virtual Customer Representative (Entry Level)
Job Summary We are seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist customers with product information and general inquiries
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the database
Experience
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic office equipment
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in data entry and using call center software
