Remote Part Time Bookkeeper

We are seeking someone to work virtually in a part time capacity. The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced part time virtual Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team on a contractual basis. In this role, you will assume full ownership of our bookkeeping functions which are performed in Quickbooks Online. Outcomes

• Categorize monthly expenses in QBO
• Close monthly and annual books on a cash basis

Responsibilities:

• You will be the driving force behind our pursuit of financial visibility as you create the foundation for accuracy through timely bookkeeping services
• Perform technical accounting tasks
• Prepare monthly reports, quarterly and annual reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Master’s preferred)
• Expert in Quickbooks Online
• Minimum of 10 years experience in bookkeeping.
• Proven experience as a senior level bookkeeper, with a successful track record of providing accurate and timely services to clients.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in debits, credits, and journal entries
• Ability to reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements
• High aptitude with Computers and technology
• Deadline oriented, with an ability to work independently and in entrepreneurial manner.
