As a key member of the team in the Distribution Center, the Distribution Center Team Member must perform several functions to contribute to the overall mission of processing Inbound and/or Outbound freight accurately, timely, and safely. Major Activities: Performs one or more of a variety of functions in a Distribution Center environment associated with fulfilling orders for retail stores and/or other Distribution Centers. Potential work assignments include Receiving, Labeling, Putaway, Order Picking, Slotting, Replenishment, eComm order fulfillment, Hybrid throwing, Loading, and other speciality roles that require additional training/experience (e.g., Inventory Control). May utilize manual and/or powered industrial equipment and/or RF guns to perform work tasks as well. It is essential to keep an up-to-date production log that accurately reflects changes in assignments, downtime, and meetings to ensure the accuracy of productivity records. Physical Requirements

• Repeatedly moving and carrying objects that can weigh anywhere from 5 to 60 pounds
• Repetitive application of strength to transport objects
• Repeated standing requirement for tasks involving powered industrial equipment
• Sustained walking, primarily in the warehouse region
• Consistent use of movements such as stretching, flexing, bowing, crouching, and twisting
• Frequent strain and motion of the wrists, fingers, or hands

Work Environment

• The level of exposure to extreme temperatures is greatly affected by the location of the work area and outdoor climate
• DC conveyor/sortation system and powered industrial equipment generate a moderate volume of noise
• While using industrial equipment, it is possible to feel some intermittent vibrations
• It is possible to be exposed to dangerous particles and fumes, which may cause harm
