Airbnb Cleaner - Magnolia TX
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
- Change and wash bed linens, make beds, and restock essential supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products.
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, and dust all rooms.
- Handle and properly dispose of trash and recyclables.
- Follow specific cleaning checklists and guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for guest privacy.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and handle cleaning supplies.
- Reliable iPhone or Android smartphone with a functioning camera.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a short-term rental or hospitality setting.
- Experience working with Airbnb or similar short-term rental platforms.
