The Role: Landscape Maintenance Apprentice Are you ready to start a hands-on career where you can work outdoors, learn real skills, and be part of a crew that takes pride in every job? As a Landscape Maintenance Apprentice, you’ll assist with mowing, trimming, cleanups, and more while receiving on-the-job training from experienced crew leaders. No prior landscaping experience? No problem. We’ll teach you what you need to know—as long as you bring a great attitude, reliable work ethic, and team spirit. What You’ll Do
- Assist in mowing lawns, trimming bushes, and maintaining landscapes
- Learn to operate lawn care tools and machinery safely with guidance
- Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized
- Follow crew leads and contribute to team morale and productivity
What We’re Looking For
- A valid driver’s license (Required)
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and show up ready to work
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and lifting 50+ lbs
- Positive attitude, good communication, and respect for the team
Pay & Perks
