Opportunity: Grow Your Career As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various store areas.
- Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers.
- Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Accurately process customer purchases and returns, and handle cash transactions following established procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale.
- Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store.
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
- Comply with labor laws, policies, and safety standards.
- Support shrink reduction initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.Who We’re Looking For:
