How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) Delta Air Lines, Inc. has multiple openings for IT Developers in Atlanta, Georgia. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders, architects, developers, and data scientists to bring web experiences to life.
  • Build web component libraries, templates, and client-side applications that will be deployed across a wide range of platforms and environments.
  • Leverage the latest technologies, tools, and frameworks to produce experiences that push industry standards for accessibility, usability, and performance.
  • Responsible for the hands-on implementation of front ends associated with the technical designs for product and project teams.
  • Transform business requirements into conceptual and logical application architectures to determine the feasibility and scalability of front-end solutions.
  • Interact with business and product owners to define technical solutions for customer problems and be responsible for production issue triage, management, and prevention as needed.
  • Responsible for the technical definition and implementation of analytics, error logging and tracking, and other key functional customer interactions.
  • Conduct Ul design reviews for feasibility and impact analysis and develop sustainable accessibility compliant solutions.
  • Responsible for technical debt resolutions, prevention, code reviews, and analysis and implementation of performance, stability, and reliability initiatives.
  • Telecommuting permitted 2-3 days per week. 10 domestic travel required.

In the alternative, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in AWS-based responsive web application development. Must have work experience in: AWS environment AWS Lambdas, API Gateways, S3, Mono Frontend, Stencil JS, or FIGMA; ⦁Designing and developing responsive applications using React or Angular; ⦁Serverless architecture to design innovative applications; ⦁MNX architecture to develop component-based applications; ⦁Dynatrace and CloudWatch on AWS, to ensure optimal user experiences; ⦁SASS and LESS CSS preprocessors for designing the CSS for User interface development; and ⦁TrackJS dashboards for effective error tracking.
