Your Mission: As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:

  • Lead design strategy and execution across key product areas including booking, search, and paradigm shifting AI experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock new opportunities and deliver seamless experiences for our customers.
  • Drive user-centered design processes to craft delightful and effective interfaces, with a focus on simplicity, speed, and personalization.
  • Champion design best practices and advocate for consistency and accessibility across the platform.

What You’ll Bring to Engine: We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:

  • Experience: 8+ years of hands-on product design experience, with a strong background in e-commerce platforms.
  • Skills: You’re a problem-solver with expertise in UX/UI design, Figma, and cross-functional collaboration; you thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments.
  • Tech-Savvy: Bonus points if you’re fluent in AI/ML-driven search experiences and have hotel bookings experience.
  • Mindset: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, collaborate, and deliver results that matter.

Cash compensation: The base salary for this role is starting at a $135,000 - $255,000 base with bonus potential based on performance. Final compensation packages are determined by various factors, including prior experience and expertise.
