Implementation Lead

The implementation Lead is responsible for scoping, leading and ensuring the success of Advantmed implementations across all products and services, while ensuring customer satisfaction and overall business success.

Key Job Outcomes

·        Manage complex healthcare implementations including requirements gathering, developing scope, scheduling prioritization, and managing risk.

·        Lead an implementation team consisting of both internal (developers, product, client engagement, data operations) and external (clients and client delivery teams) customers.

·        Define goals, tasks and resources needed to complete the implementations for the Advantmed product suite, including services.

·        Conduct status meetings with internal and external stakeholders to review project status resolve issues.

·        Manage and track all resources and activities to ensure all deliverables will be completed on time and within scope.

·        Identify potential risks and identify solutions.

·        Change management to minimize impact to overall implementation and Go Live.

·        Monitor and report on project status to keep both internal and external stakeholders informed.

·        Lead and participate in continuous improvement and strategic products, when required.

Requirements

·        3+ Years Project management experience

·        Previous experience in Risk Adjustment and Quality, preferred.

·        Expert project management skills required, including technique and tools.

·        Ability to manage multiple projects, simultaneously.

·        Ability to lead internal and external project teams in order to drive successful implementations.

·        Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, with an ability to become familiar with Advantmed products and services.

·        Working knowledge of data analysis tools, such as SAS and SQL

·        Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
