Independent contractor position with 100% commission-based pay. You determine your income based on your output. No salary, no hourly rate. Position Overview As a Customer Care Advisor, you’ll connect with individuals who’ve requested help understanding their coverage. You’ll walk them through their benefit options and help them get set up—all through virtual consultations. - Conduct virtual client meetings to discuss available plans
- Offer recommendations and answer questions
- Help complete applications and ensure proper follow-up
- Maintain records and communication logs
- Stay engaged through optional coaching sessions
