Medical Recept/Call Center - remote CA residently only

Seeking an experienced individual to work full-time in the Call Center of our busy medical practice. Applicants must have medical background with phone and customer service experience. We have great benefits and pay. Remote or onsite employees accepted but must have California residence. Responsibilities outlined below: - Answer heavy volume multi-line phones and distribute messages throughout office - Schedule and confirm appointments - Enter and manage patient data in EMR (EPIC) -Bilingual (Spanish) helpful - Knowledge of health plans and billing helpful - EMR experience is a plus Must have: - MULTI-LINE PHONE EXPERIENCE - MEDICAL EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND REQUIRED - Possess excellent customer service skills - Be organized, accurate and reliable - Be professional and courteous - Be motivated and a self-directed - Be friendly and outgoing We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Employer match program Only candidates being considered will be contacted.
