This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to work collaboratively and influence change at all levels of the organization. Job DescriptionWhat you will do:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and promote a high-performance culture.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on all HR-related matters, including talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, and employee relations.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, ensuring SymphonyAI remains an employer of choice.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and insights, making data-driven recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
  • Partner with managers and leaders to identify and address workforce development needs, building a robust leadership pipeline.
  • Oversee performance management processes, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives and support employee growth.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
  • Act as a change agent in driving talent strategies and organizational development initiatives, including diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role.
  • Experience in a technology or SaaS company is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
  • Strong proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
