Job description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk in Madera, CA to assist with entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in our systems. - Accurately enter data into internal databases and systems
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Review and correct data discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform general clerical duties as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous data entry or clerical experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
