- Perform data entry tasks to assist the Marketing Research team.
- Research data and confirm names, address, businesses and phone numbers are accurate.
- Make outgoing calls as part of the research process.
- Manage returned mail efficiently and accurately.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of experience in data entry.
- Demonstrated research capabilities.
- Ability to follow procedures with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in spelling and grammar.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Typing speed of 40+ words per minute (WPM)
- 10 Key at 9000 with at least 95% accuracy.
- Familiarity with Oracle database preferred.
