  • Provide daily user support to both office and remote staff, including hardware, software, telephony devices and custom in-house applications.
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktop environments, including authentication, network connection, group policy, printing, latency/slowness, and Event Logs.
  • Perform system updates and patches to remediate endpoint vulnerabilities.
  • Work with IT teams (Service Desk, Network Operation, Server Operation, etc.) staff as appropriate to determine resolution to problems.
  • Support Cisco video conference room system.
  • Support and administer mobile devices (iOS and Android).
  • Maintain asset inventory.
  • Document technical procedures and best practice for knowledgebase.
  • Resolving, escalating, updating, and managing tickets through ticketing system.
Qualifications
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in providing Desktop Support.
  • Strong diagnostic/troubleshooting skills in the Windows desktop environment.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Intune preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Available to work off hours when required.
  • Associate degree in computer science or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a business environment.
  • A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with Apple iOS and MacOS also a plus.
