Job title: AWS Connect - Lex / Chat Developer in Saint Louis, MO at Zeektek Company: Zeektek Job description: We have a 6 month contract to hire for an AWS Connect Chat / Lex Developer. The position is 100% remote. The manager is looking for candidates who have built Chat / Lex Platforms for large enterprise organizations.They are scaling up the Chat Team for AWS Connect. Skill sets are; AWS Connect, LEX, Nodejs, DynamoDB, little bit of typescript, little bit of react.day to day responsibilities:
  • Participate in the design, development and delivery of solutions on IVR solution
  • Develop efficient and high-performance call flows
  • Create unit tests to maximize code coverage and cover end to end business scenarios
  • Support existing architecture and code
  • Documents call flows and design as needed Work with other teams to understand scope and design efficient solution
  • Collaborates within the Agile framework, fosters a team approach to software development and delivery
  • Ensure all code developed follows DevOps practices
Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:
  • The developer needs to be an experienced IVR developer with AWS Connect experience.
  • The candidate should have experience building contact flows (both call and chat) in AWS Connect.
  • The developer's primary responsibilities are to analyze, design, implement and test customized software applications.
  • The developer will have a strong knowledge of software development and design and will have experience working to develop business-critical applications for contact centers.

  • Onboarding, ensuring access to systems, meeting the team, aligning calendars and schedules
Required Skills/Experience: Preferred Skills/ Experience: 1. Amazon Connect development experience 1. Familiarity with AWS, certifications are a plus 2. AWS Connect, LEX, Nodejs, DynamoDB, little bit of typescript, little bit of react. 2. Works well with multiple teams 3. Responsible for consistent release management and good change management practices.Participate in Agile planning meetings and daily SCRUM meetings to provide software solutions for our platform services for Content Services and CHP Platform services.Review and perform troubleshooting analysis of the core application logs. 3. Experience in self-service callflows and complex systems/database integrations Education Requirement: Bachelor Degree or equivalent 5+ yrs Experience Education Preferred: Software Skills Required: Amazon Connect, DyanmoDB, Lex, Lambda, communication skillsWe have a 6 month contract to hire for an AWS Connect Chat / Lex Developer.
