This person will support campaigns across Originals, Brand, and Subscriber Acquisition, helping to execute, optimize, and report on high-impact paid social initiatives. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and operator-comfortable managing media buys, collaborating across teams, and translating data into insights that drive results.-Collaborate with our Paid Social agency to plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across Originals, Brand initiatives, and Subscriber Acquisition.
-Own daily media management and QA to ensure campaigns are set up and delivering as intended.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with internal brand, creative, strategy, and analytics teams to bring campaigns to life.
-Build and refine targeting strategies, custom conversions, and pixel infrastructure for performance optimization.
-Develop performance reports and insights for key stakeholders, including wrap reports and weekly channel summaries.
-Test and scale new paid social ad formats, placements, and platform innovations.
-Help support invoice processing, PO management, and media reconciliation across campaigns.
-Flex between BAU title launches and evergreen acquisition or brand campaigns, based on shifting business needs.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and brings a strong command of direct response and upper-funnel campaign strategy across platforms like Meta, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and Snapchat.Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, with a mix of direct response and brand marketing experience.
- Proven hands-on experience with social platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and Pinterest.
- Expertise in setting up and optimizing pixels, custom events, and dynamic landing pages.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, either at an agency or in-house.
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize quickly with shifting timelines and deliverables.
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks, reporting dashboards, and media documentation.
- A team-player mindset and collaborative spirit, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Experience in entertainment, streaming, or a media/tech company.
- Familiarity with Hulu or Disney platforms and tools
- Past experience supporting Originals launches or subscriber-focused initiatives
