  • Leads sales effort across all 3M brands/products into assigned accounts
  • Implements programs, plans and policies as agreed upon with direct supervisor
  • Determines priorities, frequencies and call patterns so as to be most effective an productive
  • Supports St Paul and Regional programs and initiatives
  • Willingness to work irregular schedule as necessary
Company VehicleThis position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this positionYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
  • High School Diploma with seven (7) years B2B sales experience within the Automotive Aftermarket or Industrial markets in a private, public, government, or military environment
OR
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
AND
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include :
  • Automotive Aftermarket Collision training or education
  • Seven (7) years B2B sales experience within the Automotive Aftermarket or Industrial markets
  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or PowerPoint is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (Verbal and written)
  • Ability to travel 25%
