The Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer will contribute to this mission through advanced AI technology. The role involves building scalable machine learning solutions with a strong focus on generative AI applications to enhance fan engagement and content personalization. • Design and develop advanced AI solutions leveraging state of the art deep learning techniques in natural language processing and computer vision.
• Develop and integrate large language models (LLMs) and generative AI (GenAI) solutions to enhance fan engagement focusing on emerging trends such as agentic AI.
• Apply best practices in MLOps, including automated model performance evaluation, continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), and real-time monitoring and governance.
• Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to create production-grade pipelines for ML training and inference, incorporating feature stores, automated retraining, and scalable infrastructure
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously improve solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI models, processes, and systems to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AI solutions.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of deploying machine learning solutions in production environments.

Qualifications:Required Skills

• Strong computer science fundamentals and statistical methods.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks.
• Extensive experience in computer vision, NLP, and large language models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in developing and deploying generative AI (GenAI) solutions.
• Proficiency in ML services in cloud platforms such as AWS Amazon Bedrock or Azure OpenAI Service for serverless deployment of generative AI applications.
• Working knowledge of distributed processing systems like Apache Spark.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Publications in the field of machine learning, AI, or related areas.
• High-level of commitment to a quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
• Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
