- First two interviews are video, then half-day on-site.
- The first month on prem in Groton MA company pays all expenses.
- After that almost entirely remote sometimes go in office.
- Most important: Candidates may live in Houston TX or San Luis Obispo CA (client has offices there).
- Will pay for relocation. Unusual, challenging work.
- Must have knowledge of scientific or engineering principles. Development isn't general business-logic and will require strong algorithmic and mathematical skills.
- Several years of professional experience developing libraries, frameworks and applications for Apple platforms, including multithreading / parallel processing
- Swift needed; Objective-C very helpful.
- Cocoa framework, XCode 14/15
- API Toolkits
- MacOS Platform experience
- Good object design and data structure skills
- Passion for building great UI
- Strong algorithmic and mathematical skills
- Degree in Computer Science or BS/BE/BSE would help
- Experience with Metal, either iOS or MacOS a huge plus
