The team's product portfolio includes customer-facing experiences, back-end core architecture, automation products, batch concessions products, etc.We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager - Tech who is passionate about driving the right experience for our customers, who looks to create innovative tech solutions to deliver multi million- dollar impact worldwide, and who enjoys working across tech, data, and science partners to make data-driven decisions and designs.Key job responsibilities As a Sr. Product Manager - Tech, you will lead requirements gathering, prioritization of feature development, and own driving the product metrics. You will partner with Concessions program managers, various business teams, and our data and research science team to identify, surface, and drive improvements. You will also be able to dive deep and apply principles and products that will form an exciting roadmap.Product management at Amazon is inherently cross-functional. The right candidate needs to be an owner of their portfolio; making strategic product decisions grounded in data. They will work closely with business teams, leaders, engineering teams, as well as scientists and business intelligence analysts in an agile development environment to launch new features and experiences. Paid Time Off (PTO) 4. 401(k) PlanBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience managing technical products or online services - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planningPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools - 3+ years of technical product or program management experience - Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on timeAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
