This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment, is highly organized, and knows how to keep digital books clean, consistent, and insightful.You'll work closely with our leadership team to support financial clarity and help drive smart, informed decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesQuickBooks & ReportingOwn and manage day-to-day financial operations in QuickBooks OnlineMaintain accurate records across all accounts and transactionsPrepare monthly reports: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash FlowReconciliation & AnalysisReconcile bank and credit card transactions, Shopify & Amazon payouts, ad spend, affiliate payouts, inventory, and vendor paymentsFlag discrepancies and bring them to leadership's attention quicklyTax Support & ComplianceManage sales tax and payroll tax documentationWork with tools like Gusto and Numeral to ensure complianceKeep clean, audit-ready documentation at all timesCommunication & CollaborationProvide monthly financial summaries and collaborate directly with our leadership teamProactively communicate updates, issues, or opportunities for improvementWhat We're Looking For2+ years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in eCommerceAdvanced proficiency with QuickBooks OnlineExperience working with Shopify and Amazon transactionsStrong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and reconciliationsConfident managing tax-related documentation (sales tax, payroll tax)Exceptionally detail-oriented, responsive, and organizedSelf-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-moving environmentNo micromanagement—just accountability and ownershipCompensation & PerksSalary: $60,000–$75,000 annually (based on experience)Fully remote role with no set hoursRoom to grow with a high-performing, mission-driven teamComplimentary Primal Queen products Expected salary: $60000 - 75000 per year Location: USA Apply for the job now!
