This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coding, problem-solving, and mentoring developers-while also collaborating closely with stakeholders to build scalable, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. You will serve as a technical lead, guiding design and development standards, contributing hands-on to complex builds, and helping drive the roadmap for Salesforce solutions across the organization.Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce applications and integrations
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools
  • Define best practices for coding, deployment, and governance across multiple Salesforce orgs
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers; conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
  • Partner with Business Stakeholders, Business Analysts, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Manage and maintain integrations with external systems via APIs, middleware platforms, and ETL tools
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and features, evaluating opportunities to enhance platform usage
  • Ensure security, scalability, and performance of the Salesforce environment
  • Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and sprint planning within Agile/Scrum frameworks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Contribute to technical discussions, influencing smart decisions around configuration vs. custom development.
Required:
  • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • 5+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role
  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, security/sharing models, and role hierarchies in Salesforce
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Proven experience in CI/CD tools and DevOps practices for Salesforce (Git)
  • Experience with web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JavaScript, JSON, or Ajax) and Web Services (e.g., RESTful, SOAP).
  • Experience with Application Development, API Design, API Development, JavaScript, System Integration, Agile Software Development, Technical Design.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (must have)and II certifications (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of security models, sharing rules, and role hierarchies
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Background in managing offshore or cross-functional development teams
  • Background in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations
  • Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
Desired:
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud
  • Experience working with middleware such as MuleSoft
Additional Information:
