Save ApplyJob descriptionSenior Salesforce Engineera0MaA000000bmbx.11Senior Salesforce DeveloperFull-Time | Remote | EST HoursResponsibilities:Lead hands-on configuration and development in Salesforce Health Cloud and Experience Cloud, utilizing Flow, Lightning Component Framework, Apex, and Visualforce.Conduct and oversee code reviews, providing guidance to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Translate complex business requirements into scalable, well-architected Salesforce solutions.Maintain and optimize the existing Salesforce codebase, identifying opportunities for performance, reliability, and feature enhancements.Serve as a technical escalation point for troubleshooting and resolving critical production issues.Drive architectural and code reviews, championing best practices and the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework across the team.Collaborate with Technical Architects to design scalable system architectures, integration patterns, and development strategies.Stay current on Salesforce platform innovations, maintain certifications, and consistently update Trailhead achievements.Act as a subject matter expert for the organization's Salesforce ecosystem, with deep knowledge of platform configurations and customizations.Define, document, and enforce Salesforce coding and development standards.Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a high-performing development team.Perform other duties as assigned.Must be available to work EST hours, regardless of physical location.Required Education, Skills, and Knowledge:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.5+ years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform, with at least 8+ years of total professional development experience.Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Advanced Administrator) strongly preferred.Expertise in Salesforce Lightning Component Framework, Apex, Visualforce, and declarative tools such as Flow and Process Builder.Proven ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
