LifeServe is hiring Donor Recruitment Specialists to work remote/work from home, or to join the in-office team.Primary Responsibilities of this Position Include:

• Perform telephone recruitment to schedule appointments with our generous volunteer blood donors.
• Update donor information or schedules and maintain confidentiality.
• Convey the big picture of saving lives to everyone.
• Meet appointments and calls per hour to attain collection goals.

Schedule:

• Minimum of 28 hours per week
• Required Friday and Saturday shifts
• Choose your remaining scheduled shifts within contact center's open hours

• Monday: 8am-6pm
• Tuesday: 8am-6pm
• Wednesday: 8am-6pm
• Thursday: 8am-6pm (REQUIRED: Thursday 8-4:30)
• Friday - REQUIRED: 8am-4pm
• Saturday - REQUIRED: 8am-12:00pm

• Call Center/contact center representative or customer service experience preferred. Experience in retail, food service or restaurant is valued.
• Working knowledge and experience working on computer system required.
