This role ensures the safety and security of our facilities, assets, and personnel during nighttime hours through surveillance, incident response, and communication coordination.Key Responsibilities:

• Control Room Monitoring:

• Operate CCTV systems, alarm panels, and access control systems.
• Monitor live surveillance footage and respond to any irregularities.
• Record incidents accurately in control room logs.
• Communication & Incident Response:

• Act as the central communication hub during emergencies or security incidents.
• Dispatch mobile patrols or emergency services as required.
• Maintain clear and accurate radio and phone communication with on-site personnel.
• Access Control:

• Authorize and document entry/exit of personnel and visitors.
• Monitor electronic access control systems for unauthorized activity.
• Conduct ID badge checks and enforce security protocols.
• Facility Patrol Support:

• Assist with remote oversight of patrol patterns and security guard check-ins.
• Coordinate with patrol officers to ensure thorough coverage of assigned areas.
• Report Writing & Documentation:

• Generate nightly activity reports and incident documentation.
• Ensure proper handover to the day shift with concise reporting.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a control room or security monitoring role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable working independently and remaining alert for extended periods.
• Proficient with computers and security systems (CCTV, access control software, etc.).
