Position Summary:PAR Technology is seeking a Remote Data Entry Specialist to support internal data operations by accurately entering, maintaining, and verifying data across company systems. This position plays a key role in ensuring the integrity of the data used in operations, reporting, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities:Accurately input a high volume of data into internal systems and databases.Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.Regularly update records and perform audits to identify and correct data entry errors.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary data.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow and resolve discrepancies.Assist with compiling reports and performing data analysis as needed.Follow data entry protocols and contribute to the refinement of processes and best practices. Qualifications:Required:High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).1+ years of experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative support roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and/or Google Workspace.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 45 WPM).Preferred:Experience working with CRM systems, ERP platforms, or other enterprise-level software.Familiarity with data quality best practices and data security standards.Prior experience in the technology, restaurant, or retail industry is a plus.
