You have an opportunity to personally thrive, make a difference and be part of a culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day.On-Site 3rd Shift Data Entry ProcessorOn-site position - 2842 Business Park Drive, Memphis, TNFull Time, M-F 7:00 pm - 3:30 am CST.Pay rate $16/hourResponsible to support the Lockbox department by performing effective, timely, and accurate numeric input of check amounts, payee validation, and MICR correction while following specific instructions in the Lockbox customer's profileResponsibilities:

• Perform data entry functions from checks image per clients' instructions.
• Ensure accuracy and productivity standards are met, in accordance with client service level agreements and department goals.
• Cross-training and provide support in other areas of the department as needed.
• Work in a team environment, ensuring work is processed according to individual client instructions and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 1 year previous data-entry experience
• Minimum score of 13,500 Ks/Hr - 15,500 Ks/Hr on numeric testing
• High School Diploma / equivalent

Working Environment:

• Excellent 10-key data-entry skills (both alpha, numeric, and combined)
• Team-oriented
• Accuracy, time management, self-motivation skills, and the ability to function independently
• Logical decisional-making rationale
• Ability to work under limited supervision
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong sense of urgency and efficiency
• Must be able to work in a confidential environment
• Basic PC skills (production program is trained internally)
• Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Fast paced production environment
• Sitting position (100%)
• Exposure to moderate noise levels
