Have a deep understanding of IT functions?Join our dynamic team as a Systems Engineer at our Royersford imaging center, where you’ll play a critical role in supporting a high-volume, fast-paced environment. As the on-site lead for the Service Operations team, you’ll be the go-to expert managing cutting-edge hardware and software—including high-speed scanners, advanced imaging tools, and file transfer systems. Reporting directly to the IT Manager for Global DS Service Operations, this role offers the chance to leverage your technical expertise and drive impactful solutions that keep our imaging and file delivery processes running smoothly and efficiently. If you’re an experienced IT professional passionate about hands-on problem-solving and operational excellence, this is the perfect opportunity to make a real difference.Position Overview:3rd shift: 11:30 PM - 6:30 AM Monday through FridayOnsite Required - Location: 1101 Enterprise Drive Royersford, PAMust be able to Obtain a Public Trust ClearanceMust be a US CitizenWhat we offer:Opportunity to be part of an ever-evolving global organization focused on transformation and innovation.A culture of belonging in which you are encouraged to use your voice.Global connectivity with 26,000+ colleagues across 60 countries.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Professional development and growth opportunities.Key Accountabilities:Daily maintenance activities to ensure all IT operations run smoothly.Daily support for the local imaging center and for the central environments(FISMA/IMGS).Responsible for proper daily escalation of issues and off-hour on-call support.Work to improve existing standard processes and develop comprehensive controls to monitor productivity, quality, andSLA adherence based on industry proven best practices.Responsible for successful on-boarding of new DS customers and change requests for existing DS customersEnsure constant systems/solution availability to meet project SLA’sMeet with Implementation/Devops for solution fixes and enhancements.Knowledge/Skills/Experience:Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016, SQL databases, Active Directory, and remote support tools.Skilled in deploying and troubleshooting Kofax imaging software and managing batch class deployments.Broad understanding of core IT disciplines including desktop, server, and network support, with working knowledge of switches, routers, and firewalls.Proven ability to install and support hardware/software both remotely and on-site, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.Excellent communication skills for engaging with executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams; able to work independently and cross-functionally.Project and program management experience, with strong organizational and time management skills to navigate shifting priorities and tight deadlines.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university or over 5 years of IT industry work experienceMicrosoft Certified Professional (or related certification)A+ and Network+ CertificationsITIL v3 foundation and practitioner certification XCompTIA Sec + CertificationWill be subject to a government background clearance investigation so you must be a US Citizen​#Veterans Welcome#Women WelcomeCategory: Information Technology Expected salary: Location: Royersford, PA Apply for the job now!
