Entry-Level / Junior-Level

Job Description: We’re looking for a Paid Ads Junior Specialist to support the setup, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). You’ll work directly with our senior ad strategists to improve campaign performance and learn best-in-class digital advertising techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and launching Google and Meta Ads campaigns
• Write ad copy and test different messaging variations
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance
• Support in reporting and analytics (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
• Maintain organized campaign documentation and budgets
• Stay updated with platform changes and best practices

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in paid media or digital marketing (internships count!)
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Basic understanding of CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and similar metrics
• Ability to write clear and engaging ad copy
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the paid media field

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Google Ads certification
• Meta Blueprint certification
• Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Tag Manager
• Agency or client-facing experience
