Responsibilities:

• Cold Call to find new tenants to represent and properties to list.
• Work on house generated leads for sale and lease.
• Handle showings and inspect properties.
• Conduct research on commercial real estate trends.
• Recruit new potential real estate agents (residual pay for agent referrals)
• Do basic paperwork.
• Negotiate leases and sales contracts.
• Work in collaboration with experienced real estate brokers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
