- Reach out to individuals who have requested information regarding our benefit options.
- Schedule and conduct Zoom meetings to present and elucidate available benefits.
- Tailor new benefit plans and modify existing plans based on each client's current requirements.
- Establish and nurture strong, trusting relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Conduct benefit reviews and provide assistance with claims or adjustments for current clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing members’ needs with diligence and attentiveness.
- Resolve any client inquiries or concerns related to their benefits.
- Ensure all client documentation is precise and up-to-date, performing necessary updates as required.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
