Responsibilities:
Content Moderation: Review, approve, or remove TikTok videos and comments to ensure they align with our brand guidelines and community standards.
Engagement Management: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to enhance audience interaction.
Brand Protection: Monitor and report any inappropriate content, spam, or potential risks that could harm the brand’s reputation.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated with TikTok trends, hashtags, and viral content to provide recommendations for content strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content creation teams to optimize engagement strategies.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report engagement metrics, audience feedback, and overall performance of TikTok content.
