Customer Support Representative (Remote, Part-Time - Weekend)

We are a rapidly expanding, family-owned company seeking a remote, part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team! Our innovative online platform offers an over-the-counter dental product and solution that enhances the quality of life for denture wearers. This role has potential for growth, and to transition into a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Answer and make customer calls to provide product application guidance, step-by-step assistance, and support with order placement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or application issues, concerns, and complaints.
• Meticulously document and update customer follow-up records.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage social media advertising and engagement.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
