Responsibilities

  • Provides production and project support of voice network, applications, UC, and cloud-based communication solutions and platforms.

,

  • Manages the design, documentation and creation of standard operating procedures and processes for operation and support for all collaborative technologies and activities.

,

  • Manages communications requests, program needs assessments, project plans, budgets, schedules, internal and external resources.

,

  • Executes strategic decisions on vendors, technologies and the best solutions by researching and staying in the forefront of technology trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other scientific discipline or four or more years of work experience.

,

  • Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, specialized training.

,

  • Active Secret Clearance.

,

  • Program/project management experience on large programs with multiple sub-projects.

,

  • Experience in the management and delivery of large-scale Infrastructure Projects.

,

  • Proven track record of leading/supporting all aspects of complex technical projects, including subsequent integration to a successful close.

,

  • Knowledge of a wide range of distributed, PC and network operating systems.

,

  • Knowledge of a wide variety of applications and related architecture across departments.

,

  • Knowledge of vendor management in the hosting, disaster recovery, IT services, and application support space.

,

  • Experience with flowcharting techniques and MS Visio.

Nice-to-haves

  • Collaboration skills with business and technical groups.

  • PMP Certification.
