The Hoffmann Agency, a partner of Symmetry Financial Group, is looking for driven sales representatives to become a part of our team and help in protecting families across the nation with various forms of life and health insurance, mortgage protection, and financial advisement.*This is a commission based sales position with uncapped commission being paid daily.*
- Part-Time Agent: 15-20 hours per week and have the potential to make $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year.
- Full Time Agent: 30-35 hours per week and have the potential to make $80,000-$180,000+ in the first year.
- Agency Owners are able to generate a system-driven income of $200,000-$500,000+ per year.
- Provide one-on-one mentorship to all agents.
- Virtual as well as in-person training.
- Work with warm leads from families who have requested coverage.
- Meet virtually with families and protect them through various life and health products.
