TechnoLava is currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Engineer (PE) to join our client’s growing company. As an Engineer, you will work with analysts, architects and other engineers, leveraging technical best practices to deliver out-of-the-box and custom solutions to our customers on the ServiceNow platform. What you’ll be doing:
- Implement and Configure Common ServiceNow Applications and Capabilities, such as Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM)
- Design / Develop ServiceNow Tables, Fields, Forms and Access Controls
- Create Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions
- Use JavaScript to develop solutions for requirements that can not be satisfied through configuration
- Create Scoped Applications using Studio
- Automate activities on the ServiceNow platform leveraging Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine
- Build data sets and transform maps for importing data from other sources into ServiceNow
- Configure integrations between ServiceNow and other systems through Integration Hub or other capabilities
- Document all technical work for purposes of knowledge transfer
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Degree in Information technology or a related discipline or comparable combination of education and professional experience
- Previous experience as a ServiceNow administrator, developer or equivalent role
- Previous Scripting/Coding Experience (JavaScript preferred)
- Active ServiceNow Certifications a plus
- Experience with Agile software development and related concepts preferred
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Technically savvy and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives
