Compensation & Benefits:
- $10,000 Sign on Bonus
- Compensation & Benefits will be based on your experience & your ability to deliver high quality treatment (typical compensation range is between $200,000 - $350,000 based upon your individual dental production & future ownership)

- DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
- AEGD, GPR, or Military Service is a plus!
- Military Veterans are welcomed!
- Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
- Ability to maintaining state required insurance coverage
- General Dentistry, focuses on continuing education & advanced skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a leader in the practice to create team culture, drive revenue, and ensure patient satisfaction
- Deliver dental care needs to all patients including: evaluating x-rays, performing oral exams, completing basic restorations, extractions, endodontics, crown & bridge, dentures, periodontal treatments, etc.
- Develop treatment plans to deal with any dental health issues.
- Interact with patients & instruct them on proper oral care.
- Build relationships with local specialists to refer patients to if needed.
