We are currently looking for a Claims Reimbursement Associate to join our team. Responsibilities • Review and reconcile supporting payment detail • Review and confirm policy terms of coverage • Process and refer payment due • Ensure payments remain in compliance with both policy and departmental guidelines • Process ceded reinsurance billing; including external distribution of invoices, follow up on outstanding amounts due, and management reporting • Support reconciliation and escheat processes related to claim payments • Cross train and serve as back-up for others on the Finance team as needed • Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary to assure the overall success of the Finance Team • Powercomp, Freedom Reinsurance System (FRS), Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills • Interact and collaborate with employees at all levels from across the organization • Ability to recommend, present and implement change • Communicate with multiple TPAs and work to obtain all necessary data and resolve any reconciling issues Required Qualifications • Be a problem solver, with high attention to detail, and be willing to take ownership. • Team-oriented, approachable, welcome feedback, self-motivating and enthusiastic. Preferred Qualifications • College diploma or university degree in the field of accounting or finance preferred.
