Key Responsibilities • Account Community Management: • Aid in managing online communities, ensuring engaging interactions and precise copywriting. • Adhere to deadlines and anticipate team requirements. • Monitor communications across all platforms, including weekends as necessary. • Content Execution & Project Management: • Learn to adjust client tone and voice through copywriting for blogs, emails, and social media. • Participate in special client projects and campaigns by delivering timely and captivating content. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and develop effective solutions. • Support client relationships through meeting preparations and communication. • Influencer & Ambassador Outreach: • Assist in identifying and cultivating relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors. • Additional Responsibilities: • Ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to through efficient execution. • Support various tasks such as project organization, packaging, and client deliverables. • Contribute to general office duties, including the upkeep of workspace organization.
